ATOM Jobs is the community-wide availability calendar, where the road finds the road.
TWO MODES (top of the page):
- Browse: find crew. Pick a date, see who's available, filter by role.
- My Availability: share your own dates. Pick a status (Available, Tentative, Busy, Hidden), the roles you'd take, and who can see it.
THE CALENDAR:
Each day cell shows a small count of available people for the active filter and a density glow along the bottom edge. The brighter the glow, the more crew. Blue = standard pool. Pink = a friend is in the mix.
The day with the most matches breathes with a slow blue inset glow so your eye is drawn to where the action is.
HOVER (desktop):
Hover any day → a card slides out to the LEFT with the top three ranked people for that date (avatars, roles, online dot, friend stars). "+N more" if there are more. Click the card to open the full day below.
On mobile, tap the day to see the full list.
RANKING (always-on):
1. Friends first.
2. Online now next.
3. Available > Tentative.

FILTERS:
The role filter at the top accepts free text (TM, FOH, Driver…) or pick from the suggestion list. Refresh re-pulls the month with the filter applied.
WHEN YOU'RE LOOKING TO BE FOUND:
Flip to My Availability and tap every day you want to set: one day or many, in any order (on a computer, shift-click picks a whole run of days; Weekdays, Weekends and Rest of month pick them for you, past days can't be picked). Then set them all at once: status, who can see them, roles and a note, and Save. Only what you change is applied, so each day keeps its own note and roles unless you set new ones. On a wide screen the editor sits right beside the calendar. On a phone a bar above the bottom menu sets Available, Tentative, Busy or Hidden for every picked day in one tap; Roles, note, who sees jumps to the full editor and Unpick clears the pick. Clear removes the picked days from your calendar. You're now visible to crew searching the calendar. Your status pops up when they tap your day.
VISIBILITY LEVELS:
- Public: anyone in ATOM Community.
- Tour crew: only people on a tour with you.
- Friends: only people you've connected with.
- Private: only you can see it (a personal calendar).

From a person's card on a day, click DM if they're a friend, View to see their profile + resume otherwise. Smart Match shortlists are coming. Resume integration (attach yours by default when DM'ing from Jobs) is on the way.
