My resume and Sent are the two right-hand tabs on ATOM Jobs.
MY RESUME: what it is:
A structured one-page resume builder pre-filled from your profile. Header (name, role, city, contact), summary, tour credits, specialties, skills, education, references, visibility level. Every long-text field has an AI button to polish what you've written or write a draft from scratch.
OUTPUT:
- Download PDF: beautiful one-page PDF you can drop into an email.
- Send to a friend: picks a friend, generates the PDF, attaches it to a DM, and opens the thread. The recipient gets a chat message with your resume attached.
VISIBILITY:
- Public: anyone in ATOM Community.
- Friends: only your accepted friends can see it on your profile.
- Private: only you. (You can still send a private resume directly.)
SENT: what it tracks:
Every time you tap Send to a friend, ATOM logs it: who got it, when, the filename. The Sent tab shows that history, most recent first.
Click any row → jumps you back to the DM thread with that recipient.
WHY IT EXISTS:
You send a resume Tuesday, someone calls you Friday. Sent tells you what they actually have. No more "did I send the new version or the old one?"
WHAT'S COMING:
Open status (did the recipient see the PDF), reply tracking ("they replied 2 days ago"), one-tap resend the latest version. Filed.
