ATOM Travel Agency is the workspace for a travel agent or agency that books travel for touring clients. It is in beta.
WHO HAS IT: ATOM Travel is its own account type, for travel agencies. A travel-agent account, and the teammates an agency invites, have the travel platform only. Tour accounts don't get it.
DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH TOUR TRAVEL. Tour > Travel (/tourbook/flights) is one tour's own flights, ground and hotels, used by that tour's TM. ATOM Travel Agency (/travel) is the agency's own book of business across many clients.
HOME (Travel Command Center) answers what needs you today, in that order:
- Needs attention: holds expiring, hotel cutoffs, airline credits about to forfeit, missing card authorizations, commissions past due. Tap one to open the booking.
- On the move: the next bookings across every client, with status.
- ATOM Tour sync: how many clients are linked to an ATOM tour, flights sent to tours, how many wait for the TM, and costs sent to tour Money.
- Quick status: unused credits, holds to confirm, flights still to book, bookings missing a confirmation number, hotels without a card on file, open block requests.
- Then the money tiles, earnings by lane, the client book and the next 7 days.
TRIPS (Trip Desk) shows one client's trip a day at a time: pick a day, see its route, its alerts, every booking in time order, and on the side the day's status (flights, delays, cancellations, flights with no flight number), travelers, suppliers to call, and the ATOM tour link. All bookings lists everything by date.
COMMISSIONS (Revenue & Reconciliation) is all the agency's money in one place: banked, owed, projected, at risk and unused credits, with tabs for Overview, Commissions, Reconciliation, Client fees and Hotel exposure.
CLIENTS is the agency's book of clients. OPS is the day-of flight board. HOTELS covers hotel bookings and block requests. CALENDAR, CONTACTS and WRAP (end-of-tour wrap up) work across clients.
ASK ATOM here is the assistant scoped to agency data rather than a single tour.
