Travel Calendar has four views. Pick the one that answers your actual question, not just the default month grid.
Month: the original view. Every client's bookings on one grid, color-coded, hover for a peek, click a day to open everything on it. Good for "what does this week look like." A multi-night hotel block shows on every night it covers; what the agency earns on it counts once, on check-in day.
Day: a real single-day page (not a popup), with prev/next-day navigation. Every client's bookings that day, grouped under a client header, tap to edit. Use this when you're planning one specific date across your whole book.
Traveler Grid: pick a client, see their crew as rows and the next 10 days as columns. Each cell shows that person's real assignment (their hotel room, their flight) for that date. A booking with no per-person data yet (most ground and jet bookings today. Those types don't have a passenger picker) shows once in a "Whole party" row at the top instead of guessing which crew member it belongs to. Use this for "who's rooming with who" or "is everyone accounted for on the 18th."
Live-Ops: today, across every client at once. Live flight status for anything being tracked, who's departing/checking in/checking out today, and what's overdue right now (narrower than the Home page's fuller forward-looking list. This is only what can't wait). Use this the morning of a travel day.
All four share the same client and type filters at the top of the page. Hide a client or narrow to just flights, and it applies across every view.
