Ask ATOM (Travel)

What Ask Travel can actually see and answer: book, commissions, credits, rooming

Ask ATOM on Travel is the travel desk's own assistant. A different engine from the tour-side YO ATOM you're talking to now, purpose-built to answer from one agency's book.

WHAT IT CAN ACTUALLY SEE:

Clients (tours), every booking (with commission/coordination-fee math already worked out: banked, owed, late, or projected), unused flight credits and their days-to-expiry, hotel rooming lists (resolved to traveler names, not ids), and a precomputed at-risk list. The same four checks as the Home radar: holds expiring, hotel attrition cutoffs, credits about to forfeit, and missing card auths.

GOOD QUESTIONS TO ASK:

"Who still owes me commission?" · "Which credits are about to expire?" · "What's at risk right now?" · "Show me the rooming lists" · "How am I doing on earnings?"

IT CAN ACT, NOT JUST ANSWER:

Add a client, add a booking, find a confirmation, check a flight's live status. One tool call, confirmed in plain English. Every change shows up across the whole module immediately, same as if you'd typed it into the editor yourself.

WHAT IT WON'T DO:

It never invents an amount, date, or confirmation number that isn't in the book. If it doesn't know, it says so or asks a clarifying question instead of guessing.

WHERE IT LIVES:

Travel > Yo, ATOM in the Travel menu.

WHO SEES WHAT:

Ask Travel answers using only what the person asking is actually allowed to see. A teammate without money access on a client gets answers about that client's schedule and bookings, never the agency's commission on it. See the Travel Team Access topic for how that access is set.
