ATOM Venue is the account for a venue or promoter: the other side of the deal from Manager, Agent and Travel, which all represent an artist. Your room's advances, riders, tech pack, calendar and shared settlements live in one place instead of email and PDFs.
GETTING IN: Venue isn't open for public signup yet. ATOM invites venues directly; once you're in, claim your room from Community > Venues. ATOM staff approve every claim by hand. Until then, Home shows a three-step Get started.
HOME tells you what's coming: your next show and how far out it is, whether its advance and rider are in, shows in the next 30 days, advances received, riders on file and settlements shared. A week strip shows the room's shows. Needs a look lists what to do (a show within two weeks with no advance, a rider not matched to a show, an old or missing tech pack). Your listing shows how complete your public profile is.
CALENDAR works like the Tour and Money calendars: Day, Week, Month or List, Today and Next show buttons, month totals, and on a computer a hover card for each show. A show goes amber when it's a week or less out and the tour hasn't sent an advance. Tap any day to open it on its own page with that show's advance, rider, merch count and settlement. Put the calendar in Google, Apple or Outlook with your personal link; it only goes one way.
TECH PACK & SPECS: drop your tech pack PDF and ATOM reads the specs and contacts off it, or tap Edit by hand. Tap These are right to mark your specs verified, which touring crews see as confirmed by the venue.
RIDERS: every rider for a show in your room, matched to that show's advance when the tour uses ATOM. Add one by hand, or use Find in Gmail and approve each one ATOM finds. Riders stay private to your team.
MERCH: your own unit count per show, shown to the tour as a reference. It never changes their numbers.
SHOWCASE: photos, amenities and tour/video links that anyone browsing Community sees.
SETTLEMENTS: see Venue Settlement Sharing. In short, a tour manager can share one show's settlement with you and stop sharing whenever they like.
