Venue Team & Claim covers who can run a venue's ATOM dashboard.
THE CLAIM: one account claims a venue's crowd-sourced profile from Community > Venues. That account is the admin: the only one who can invite teammates, upload a tech pack, confirm specs, or release/transfer the claim.
INVITING TEAMMATES: from /venue/team (admin-only. It's hidden from the nav entirely for anyone who isn't admin on a claimed venue), invite teammates the same way Manager, Agent, and Travel already do. An invited teammate gets full working access (tech pack, riders, merch counts, settlements, showcase editing), but can't release or transfer the claim, and can't invite anyone else.
IF YOU'RE NOT ADMIN: the Team page tells you plainly to ask whoever claimed the venue to invite you, rather than showing an empty or broken screen.
