Venue links & status is where you make each show's venue link, send it, and watch it complete. Open it from Production > Advance, then Venue links & status.
THE WORKFLOW:
Show on the books (from Money), Not Started. Create the link, Link Sent. The venue fills the form, Submitted. You review it, Reviewed. Everything settled, Complete.
Every show on your tour lives on this page from the moment Money knows about it. The status pill tells you exactly where it is in the pre-show cycle.
WHERE DATA COMES FROM:
Shows = ATOM Money (you, or a routing sheet import)
Status = Advance backend (this module)
Venue contacts = Contacts module
Hotels, flights = Tour Book
Nothing is duplicated. Advance writes once; Tour Book reads the same record.
HOW TO READ IT:
Top strip: total shows + status breakdown chips. A glance tells you if anything is stuck.
Three pulse cards:
- Next Action: the show most urgently needing attention
- Submissions This Week: new venue responses
- Content Status: is your rider content up to date
The whole tour shows as a calendar. Mon-Sun columns (tour weeks run Monday to Sunday, so a weekend run stays on one row), month bands, today outlined in blue, past dates collapse by default (tap "Show past dates" to expand). Each show is a cube with venue + city + a status pill (Not Started, Link Ready, Link Sent, Submitted, Reviewed, Complete). Days with no show stay in the grid as faded placeholders so the shape stays honest.
Click any show cube. What opens depends on where the show is:
- Not Started: create the link.
- Link Sent: the link's details (URL, sends, resend, revoke).
- Submitted / Reviewed: the submission (review it, mark it complete).
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR:
- A cube stuck on "Link Sent" for >5 days = venue hasn't engaged. Resend or email directly.
- A cube on "Submitted" but not "Reviewed" = you haven't opened it yet. Click in, check the data, flip to Reviewed.
- A new cube showing up you didn't create = Money just imported a routing sheet or you added a show yourself. Good.
WHAT THIS PAGE DOES NOT DO:
It tracks. Per-show day info (schedule, hotel, lineup) lives on the Tour Book day page with the Edit toggle on. What venues read for the whole tour lives in Production > Advance > Edit venue pages (Basics, Hospitality, Production, Backline, Logistics, Downloads). It doesn't send emails automatically; emails go out when a venue submits their form. This page's job is visibility. One glance at the whole tour's advance state.
