Stage Plot Builder is your visual stage layout + input list + monitor mix in one place.
THE THREE SURFACES:
1. Stage canvas (top half). Drag items from the library on the left onto the stage. Click an item to select it; the right-side config panel lets you rotate, color, label, resize, or move to front/back.
2. Input list (middle): every channel feeding the console. Independent of the canvas (so the visual layout and the channel list can grow at different speeds).
3. Monitor mixes (bottom): one column per mix in the input list grid. Click a cell to route a channel to a mix.
MULTI-PLOT PER WORKSPACE:
Click the plot name at the top-left to open the dropdown. Save unlimited plots per artist (Acoustic, Trio, Full Band), and switch between them with one click. Each plot owns its own stage layout, input list, and mixes. Auto-saves every 900ms. The dropdown shows your six most recent plots; Save a copy makes a new plot from the one on screen, in the same folder, and leaves the original as it was.
FILES AND FOLDERS:
The Files button next to the plot name opens the stage plot file cabinet: every plot for this artist, filed in folders like a Finder or Dropbox window. Make folders (and folders inside folders, for example 2026 Tour > Festivals), drag a plot or a folder onto a folder to move it, or pick the folder from the list on each plot. Rename or delete a plot right there without opening it. Sort newest first or by name, and search every plot by name. New plot from inside a folder files the new plot in that folder. Removing a folder never deletes a plot: what was in it moves up one level. Your saved templates show in their own My templates folder; opening one starts a new plot from it. The open plot's folder shows under its name at the top. Folders belong to the artist (tour), so everyone who works on that tour's stage plots sees the same folders; changing them takes the same access as editing a plot.
PAST EXPORTS:
Same dropdown, scroll down. Every PDF you export to your account gets a versioned entry here with date + version label. One click re-downloads the file.
STAGE CONTROLS:
Top of the canvas: Stage size presets (Small / Medium / Large / X-Large). Undo (⌘Z, 30 levels deep). Stage POV ↔ Audience POV flip. Same data, mirrored visualization.
WHEN TO USE THIS PAGE:
Tour prep: block out the stage layout. Day before show: finalize the input list. After show changes: bump version, re-export, send to FOH/MON. The PDF you export is the deliverable that goes to venues + crew.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG:
If the 3D view runs out of room on a phone or iPad, the plot switches to the flat 2D view by itself and says so. Nothing on the stage is lost. If the page itself hits an error, you get a card with Reload stage plot (and Open in 2D when only the 3D view broke) instead of a blank screen. Your plot comes back from its last auto-save, and the error is sent to ATOM so it can be fixed.
