Teleprompter puts lyrics on any screen you point at a link: a downstage monitor, an iPad on a mic stand, a hidden wedge, a glass rig. The Production → Teleprompter page is the operator console: build the lyrics there before the show, drive every screen from there during it.
TONIGHT'S SONGS:
The song list loads straight from the Set List on the show day (Tour → the day → Set List): no re-typing. Edit the setlist on the day and it updates here. "Add a song just for tonight" covers covers and audibles: those songs ride in the prompter only and never touch the day. The dot next to each song: green = lyrics ready, orange = community draft you still need to verify, gray = no lyrics yet.
LYRICS:
Paste lyrics from the artist camp: a Google Doc, a Word file, a text. That paste is the source of truth. AI clean-up formats it for the prompter (strips junk, drops chord lines, turns "Chorus:" into a clean [Chorus] label) and never changes a single word. Find community draft pulls from a public lyrics database as a starting point. Community lyrics are often wrong, so always read them against the record before showtime. Use [Brackets] on their own line for section labels; blank lines make breathing gaps.
GO LIVE:
Hit Go live and ATOM mints a private link + QR code. Open it on every screen you want: each becomes a prompter display instantly, no login. The link works for this session only and expires on its own after the show day. Ending the session or starting a new one kills the old link.
EACH SCREEN'S OWN LOOK:
Tap any display screen → Display. Pick a look (Classic white-on-black, Inverted, Stage yellow, ATOM navy, or Custom with your own background + text colors), text size, where the reading line sits, and Mirror for glass / beam-splitter rigs. These settings belong to that one screen: the singer's wedge and the MD's side screen can look completely different off the same show.
DRIVING THE SHOW:
Roll starts the scroll, Hold pauses. Speed is in lines per minute: set it in soundcheck, nudge it live. ▲ Back / ▼ Ahead slips the text a couple of lines when the singer drifts. Artist calls an audible → tap the song under Jump; every screen cuts to it and holds at the top until you Roll. Fix a lyric mid-show, save it, hit Push lyric edits: every screen updates.
IF THE WIFI DROPS:
Screens keep rolling at the last speed instead of freezing, with a small "Connection lost, still rolling" note. They also keep the device awake so a tablet never sleeps mid-song.
