Venue Portal is the public face of your Advance. What promoters and venues see when you send them a link.
WHY IT EXISTS:
A venue asks: "send me your rider, stage plot, backline specs, and tell me who to call the day of show." Instead of re-answering that email for every single show, the Venue Portal is a self-serve URL with all of it. Venues can read it on their own time, grab downloads, and fill the advance form.
It replaces a year of repetitive emails.
WHAT'S ON IT:
- Home: artist intro, TM + PM contacts (click-to-email, click-to-call), section links
- Production: technical rider, audio specs, lighting, footprints, personnel
- Hospitality: dietary restrictions, dressing rooms, catering, towels
- Backline: fly-date audio, backline rider, transport requirements
- Logistics: bus/trailer parking, day-of-show schedule, runner info
- Downloads: PDFs (rider, stage plot, input list, scaled-down rider)
- Advance Form: venue submits show details (catering choice, runner, hotel, merch)
HOW CONTENT GETS THERE:
You (the TM or PM) fill them in at Production > Advance > Edit venue pages (Basics, Hospitality, Production, Backline, Logistics, Downloads). Per-day stuff (schedule, hotel, lineup, amenities) lives on the Tour Book day page with the Edit toggle on. Everything you fill in shows up live on the Venue Portal. One edit, every venue sees the update instantly.
For PDFs: upload them in Production > Advance > Uploaded files. They appear on the Venue Portal Downloads page automatically, grouped by category.
WHO CAN SEE IT:
Only someone with a venue link. You make a private link per show on Production > Advance > Venue links & status, and can revoke it any time. When you email a venue its link from ATOM, you get a copy back titled "Sent: ..." showing who it went to and when. It proves ATOM sent it, not that the venue opened it. No copy comes if you sent it to yourself. Each link shows the tour it was made for (the artist name at the top is that tour's name), your TM and PM contacts from Basics, and every file in Production > Advance > Uploaded files.
SEPARATION FROM THE ADMIN SIDE:
Venues never see ATOM's module switcher, module badges, or admin chrome. The portal is branded for your artist: your name at the top, your contacts, your rider. ATOM Interstate is credited only in the footer as "Powered by."
WHAT VENUES LEAVE WITH:
A few minutes on the portal: downloaded the rider, read the hospitality notes, filled the advance form. The TM (and the PM, if one is set in Basics) gets an email with their submission, and the venue gets a summary of what it sent. Review it in Production > Advance > Venue responses.
