PDF Export is the deliverable. Click "Export PDF" in the page header to open the modal.
WHAT YOU PICK:
- Filename: auto-fills as Tour_Plot_Date.pdf. Editable.
- Version label: auto-increments based on past exports for this plot.
- Paper size: US Letter or A4.
- Mode: Light / Dark / B&W. Light = white pages, navy text, teal accents (printable). Dark = navy pages, light text, teal accents (screen-share / dark venues). B&W = pure black/white, grayscale items, no color anywhere (cheap toner-friendly).
- Sections to include: Stage plot visual / Input list / Monitor mixes (any combo).
- Where to send it: Disk (download to your computer), Account (saves to this plot's Past Exports list, your eyes only), Send to Advance Portal (publishes to the venue Downloads page).
WHAT THE PDF LOOKS LIKE:
Cover page: hero artist title in teal + plot subtitle + info card (Tour / Plot / Version / Date / Channels / Footprint) + vector stage diagram (drawn natively, not a screenshot. Crisp at any zoom).
Input list page: hero title + clean table grouped by category, stage box pills tinted by tape color, 48V red badge per row, mix levels in teal dots.
Monitor mixes page: per-mix card with teal accent stripe, channel chips listing every routed input with level dots.
Footer on every page: "Generated by ATOM Interstate" + page number. Restrained.
WHEN TO USE WHICH MODE:
- Light for printing the rider for crew + venue.
- Dark for projecting at production meetings or screen-sharing.
- B&W when the venue printer is cheap toner and color is wasteful.
THREE DESTINATIONS, ANY COMBO:
Most common: tick all three. PDF lands on your disk for your records, into Past Exports for re-download later, AND on the Advance Portal Downloads page so venues see it the moment you click Apply.
PAST EXPORTS:
Open the plot dropdown (top-left of the page). Past Exports section lists every saved version with date. One-click re-download via signed Supabase URL. 90-day expiry: re-export to refresh links.
