ATOM Stylist

The stylist's own business: roster, cross-client calendar, money, kit, approvals

ATOM Stylist is the STYLIST'S OWN business account. A peer to ATOM Manager, not a section of an artist's tour book. Their clients, their calendar, their money, their kit and their approvals are keyed to their own licence, so the business survives a client leaving.

THE NAV: Dashboard, Clients, Calendar, Money, My Kit, Approvals.

CLIENTS is the roster. Each client is an artist whose Wardrobe the stylist may hold keys into. The artist still OWNS that wardrobe, and their manager grants or revokes the keys.

CALENDAR is the heart of it: every client in one view, with Month, Week, Agenda and Roster (one row per client, one column per day). It does not just draw events, it catches what goes wrong across clients: two commitments that overlap, two cities that cannot physically be reached in the time between them, one kit piece promised to two clients at once, a rented piece needed before it comes back from someone else, and an appearance with no fitting or pull booked in the week before it. Each warning says WHY in plain English and names both sides.

It also ranks real openings ("when can I fit someone in for 90 minutes this week"), gives a daily brief of exceptions rather than repeating the schedule, answers plain-English questions about the week, and can read the stylist's own Gmail to PROPOSE events from fitting confirmations, showroom appointments, sample pulls, return dates and call sheets. Proposals are never added automatically. The stylist accepts them, and each one shows the email it came from.

MONEY is the stylist's own ledger: retainers, day rates, rental income, billable vs personal expenses, and pieces out on hire. MY KIT is the pieces they own and carry client to client, including what is out and when it is due back.

APPROVALS is green-light / red-light. The stylist requests, management decides; requests from an assistant come to the stylist.

A NEW ACCOUNT STARTS EMPTY. It is never seeded with sample data.

THE GRANT (NOT BUILT YET). An artist's tour dates can only reach a stylist's calendar through a grant from the artist's side. The step that creates a grant has not been built, and a stylist account has no way to grant itself access, so a live stylist account shows no artist dates yet.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE YET: whether an artist's LOOK is assigned and approved lives on the artist's Wardrobe side, behind a manager-granted view that has not been built. Stylist reports look status as unknown rather than implying a date is ready. Weather and travel checks only work on events whose location was picked from the address box. A typed city has no coordinates, and the calendar says so instead of guessing.

NOT THE SAME AS THE WARDROBE STYLIST TAB. The Stylist tab inside Wardrobe is an outfit builder that works on the ARTIST's closet, and is part of Wardrobe. This module is the stylist's own business.
