COMMUNITY IS NOT PART OF IT. Community (ATOM Intel, Road Rescue, Jobs, Gear, Messages, Friends, the Home feed and the rest) is free, but it needs your own account, because it is built from real crews' road knowledge. In the Test Drive, opening Community shows a Sign up free screen instead, and Intel answers are not available.
