Travel documents (passport number and country, issue and expiry dates, date of birth, gender, legal name, Known Traveler and redress numbers) are kept in your agency's locked document vault, separate from the rest of your travel book.
WHERE: Contacts > Traveler DNA > open a traveler > Open travel documents. Save the traveler first if they're new.
WHO CAN OPEN THEM: the agency owner, and teammates the owner turns on in the Travel documents column of Who sees what. Even then, a teammate only reaches travelers on clients they can already see.
EVERY VIEW IS LOGGED: who opened whose documents, and when. Only the owner sees the log.
STORED SAFELY: every field is encrypted. Lists show a passport only as its last four digits. The assistant never sees documents.
Travelers who come from your tour's contact cards keep their documents in the tour's own passport vault, not here.
