Scan email for bookings (Travel > Add bookings > Scan email) reads travel confirmations in your connected Gmail and lists them for you to import.
WHAT GETS TICKED FOR YOU: only bookings from a known airline, hotel, rail, car or charter company that have a date and a confirmation number. Anything else is listed but left unticked, marked "not from a known travel company" or "check details", for you to look at first.
HIDDEN TEXT IS IGNORED: ATOM reads only what a person would see in the email, and treats the email as information, never as instructions.
SCANNING AGAIN IS FREE FOR EMAILS ALREADY READ: ATOM remembers what it read in your mailbox, so a second scan only reads new emails. Scans count toward the same daily AI limit as Yo ATOM.
ALREADY IN YOUR BOOK: a booking with the same confirmation number on the same date is marked "already in book".
FILES: calendar (.ics), Apple Wallet passes, CSV sheets (US or day-first UK/EU dates, worked out from the sheet), and PDFs or photos. Train tickets come in as Rail.
