ATOM Wardrobe manages stage wardrobe across a tour: what exists, what gets worn when, what is packed, what is dirty, and what is missing.
THE NAV: My Closet, Photo Studio, Outfits, Stylist, Calendar, Local, Tour Packing, Laundry, Locations, Analytics, Lookbooks, Wardrobe Gaps.
MY CLOSET is every garment on file. Photo Studio is where you shoot and tag garment photos so the closet is visual rather than a list of words.
OUTFITS builds looks out of closet pieces. Lookbooks turns looks into something shareable.
CALENDAR is what is worn when, so a look does not get repeated in the same market or in front of the same cameras.
TOUR PACKING is what actually goes in the trunk for a run. Pieces carry a packing state: Not packed yet, Packed, In transit, On tour. Items can also be flagged Needs cleaning or Needs repair so they do not get packed broken.
LAUNDRY tracks cleaning on the road, which on a long run is the thing that actually breaks a wardrobe plan.
LOCATIONS answers "where is that piece physically right now". The wardrobe equivalent of the Asset Manager question.
LOCAL finds shopping and alterations near the route when something has to be fixed or replaced mid-tour.
ANALYTICS shows what gets worn and what never does. WARDROBE GAPS flags what is missing for upcoming dates before you are standing in a dressing room without it.
WHAT IT SAVES, AND WHAT IT DOES NOT. Wardrobe is live and server-backed: the closet, outfits, cases, laundry and contacts are stored against the ARTIST's workspace, so they survive a stylist change and a device change. A new wardrobe starts EMPTY. It is never seeded with sample data.
WHO OWNS WHAT. The TOUR owns the dates. Wardrobe is a feature of the tour: it reads the routing and adds the one thing that is its own, which is the LOOK hung on each date. A stylist hired by the artist gets an authorized, read-only view of those same dates in ATOM Stylist, granted from the artist's side and revocable. Revoking removes the view of the artist's dates and never touches the stylist's own records.
WHAT IS NOT WIRED YET. On a REAL wardrobe there is no link to the tour itinerary and no way to add a date by hand, so the Calendar has nothing in it. Everything that reads off dates is empty with it: Calendar, Tour Packing, Wardrobe Gaps and Local. LOCAL carries sample listings for a handful of cities rather than a real places lookup, and says so on the screen. Access today is limited to the owner account.
NOTE ON THE STYLIST TAB: the Stylist tab inside Wardrobe is part of Wardrobe. An outfit builder that reasons over this artist's own closet. It is NOT the same thing as the separate ATOM Stylist module, which is a stylist's own live business account. Two different things sharing a name.
